Hi! I'm Kerrie, head trainer and every other role at Spark a Revolution Fitness! I love to be outside and live to excite and motivate people about what is possible for them. I crossed the SA border 21 years ago and have achieved plenty since embarking on that journey. I have a B.Sc in Chemistry (sometimes helpful) and Psychology (very helpful). I started as a Personal Trainer in 2011 working in a physiotherapy practice with plenty of rehabilitation and conditioning experiences. Group Outdoor Personal Training called my name and gave me an incredible chance to build a community that is dynamic, supportive beyond belief and a space that is made for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. What a privilege that has been so far. I can't wait to meet you and help you too!

Make it to the car park and we will get you through the workout. The habits we encourage and foster will become your lifelong mantras. I know, once you find a space in our fitness crew, your dreams won't be big enough for what you'll achieve! I'm so thrilled to be given the opportunity to help you.
